Terms and Conditions of Transaction

1. Price
· All Price on fragrancebar.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

· Fragrance Bar reserves the right to change of any product and services without prior notice.

· Cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product. Please refer to “Delivery” to obtain delivery costs.

2. Refund
· $10 administration fee is required to cancel your order.

· We are unable cancel your order after your purchase is dispatched.

· Cancellations received with after 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value plus the $10 administration fee, except where the order has been dispatched for delivery, in which case no refund can be given.

· Substitution for other product is available at cost of $10 administration fee.

3. Product Availability
· Fragrance Bar Pty Ltd does not guarantee availability of stock. You will be notified by email for any delay in delivery time due to lack of stock. You will also be informed once the stock becomes available.

· Fragrance Bar Pty Ltd may refuse delivery and cancel the order if we foresee the stock can not be delivered due to production or credit issues.

5. Our Responsibility
Under the circumstances that Fragrance Bar is responsible for errors of our own. Full amount equal to price purchased including delivery costs will be returned to you.
