Fragrance Bar accept following payment methods
Payment via Credit Card:
Fragrance Bar accepts online payment using the following credit cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS.
Payment via Direct Deposit:
Fragrance Bar accepts Direct Deposit. Simply select the “Direct Deposit” method
from the payment confirmation screen. You will then be issued with Fragrance Bar’s
Bank BSB and Account Number. Contact your financial institution either by phone or
Internet Banking and make your direct deposit. Please put your name and order number
in the reference description. Once your payment is confirmed (which can take up to
3 business days) your order will then be dispatched.
Payment via Cheque/Money Order:
If you do not wish to pay via credit card and don’t have access to internet, then we recommend
that payment be made via Australia Post Money Order. You can also send us a cheque but this
may take longer to process. Simply choose Cheque/Money Order in the payment confirmation screen.
Once we receive your Cheque/Money Order (which can take up to 3 business days) your order will
then be dispatched. Cheques will first have to be cleared and may take up to an additional
5 days. Please send the payment with your name and order number to following address:

Payment Offline via Call Me Please: (One of our customer services will contact you for your credit card detail)
If you wish to pay using your credit card but prefer to pay offline, then "Call Me Please" is the
perfect option for you. Simply select the "Call Me Please" payment method and put the contact telephone number and
preferred call back time in the “Add comments”. A Fragrance Bar customer service representative will then call to request your credit
card details and complete your order over the phone.
Please note that Fragrance Bar no longer accepts the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
All orders for which payment is not received within 15 business days will be cancelled.
